Where does Vaceu ship?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

If your package is delayed and the tracking information hasn’t updated recently, we recommend checking the tracking details first. If you notice anything unusual or have concerns, please contact our customer support team.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s progress and view delivery updates.

How can I revise my shipping address after placing my order?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@vaceu.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your name and order number in your message.

We’ll do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once the item has been shipped, address changes may not be possible, but we’ll still try to assist where we can.

Do you accept product returns?

Yes, Vaceu accepts returns under our 30-Day Return and Refund Policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.
