Return and Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your item to request a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstance. Please review the details below for our complete Returns & Refunds Policy.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items. To quality, items must be returned in unused, new condition with their original packaging, tags and accessories. 

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery.

Item Condition: Items must be in unused, new condition with their original packaging, tags and accessories. 

Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation is required for all returns.

RETURNS PROCESS

1. Contact us: Email support@vaceu.com with your order number and the reason for returning the order
2. Pack The Item: We'll send a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to the outside of the box
3. Send It Back: Ship the return using the instructions we provide.

We cover return shipping costs only for defective products or order errors.

Return Shipping Cost

• Defective or Damaged Items: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective in any way.
• Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other reasons such as customer remorse (change of mind).

EXCHANGES

We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new separate order. This must be done within 30 days of delivery.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Discounted items on sale are not refundable and cannot be cancelled when in transit.

RESTOCKING FEES

We don't charge any restocking fees.

DELIVERIES TO THE WRONG ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is delivered to that address, we’re unable to take responsibility for the shipment.
