Order Handling Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is received.

During periods of high demand or unexpected delays, processing times may be longer. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We ship to all states within the United States.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
  • Order Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Price: Free

Carrier Services

We rely on USPS for all of our deliveries. Orders are shipped using USPS Standard Tracked Services. Estimate delivery times are based on USPS guidelines and may differ depending on your address.

Shipping Restrictions

Continental United States: We ship to all states within the continental U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping is available, however extra charges may apply. These will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are limited to U.S. addresses only.
PO Boxes: We don't deliver to PO Box addresses
Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events such as severe weather or other uncontrollable factors.
 
How do I update my shipping address?
After an order has dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@vaceu.com. Our customer support team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and we aim to reply within 24 hours
 
I've changed my mind, how can I cancel my order?

If you choose to cancel your order before it has shipped, you may do so at any time. Once we receive your cancellation request, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours.

What if my order gets lost during shipping?

If your order has not arrived within 4–7 business days, please contact us so we can assist. We’ll work with our shipping partner to track your package. If the shipment is confirmed as lost and the delivery address provided at checkout was correct, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the package was delivered to that address, we’re unable to offer a replacement.
